Our general terms and conditions
1. Conclusion of contract
A binding contract is concluded between Interkultur-Inbound España S.L.U., the participant and their legal guardians by countersigning the contract that we previously sent you as an offer of admission. This contract is based on the conditions described here.
2. Application deadlines
May 31: For programs starting in September. For programs starting at the end of January, there is no fixed application deadline. Late applications may be accepted, subject to availability and prior agreement. For all deadlines, the complete application documents must have been submitted by the respective deadline. Please note that for late applications, regional placement preferences cannot always be guaranteed.
3. Payment Terms
The program fee shall be paid in installments. The first installment of €1,000 (plus, if applicable, the fee for the Barcelona Orientation) is due upon receipt of the participation confirmation and invoice. The second installment of €1,500 is due upon receipt of the host family information. The remaining balance shall be paid in monthly installments, starting from the student's arrival in Spain and continuing throughout the duration of the program.
4. Withdrawal or termination of the contract
In the event of cancellation after registration, a cancellation fee of €1,000 will apply. If the participant withdraws from the program after it has started due to exceptional circumstances, payment will not be required for any full months of the program that have not yet begun.
5. Security certificate
Insolvency insurance We have taken out insolvency insurance for you with Touristic-Versicherungs-Service GmbH. This insurance includes the coverage required by Spanish travel agency legislation: If travel services are canceled due to bankruptcy or insolvency of the tour operator, the insurance covers the reimbursement of the travel price paid as well as additional necessary expenses incurred by the traveler (insured) for the return journey. In the event of an insured event, the security certificate together with the booking and payment receipts guarantees that your claims will be enforced.
6. Insurance
Health insurance, liability insurance and accident insurance are mandatory for the duration of your stay. Participants must take out these insurance policies before the start of their stay. The participant pays the costs of the insurance.
7. Pocket money
The participant must have regular pocket money for the duration of the stay. This covers the costs of personal expenses, telephone costs and learning materials.
8. Behavior in the host country
Our participants are required to obey the laws of the host country, comply with the rules, regulations and conditions of interculture and adapt to the customary living habits of the country. They must also follow the school rules and respect the house rules of their host family. If a participant violates these laws, rules or regulations, he or she may, in the worst case scenario, be excluded from the program. If a state law is violated, the participant's stay can be terminated without warning.

10. Not included in the price
The program fee does not include:
• Flights
• Pocket money
• Optional trips and excursions offered by InterHispania in the host country
• School uniforms, textbooks, any school bus fees, meals and drinks at school, class contributions, and fees for special courses
